In 2 half days we will go deeper into the 4 other successful models of Patrick Lencioni and The Table Group.

In addition to his pyramid from the ‘The 5 frustrations of teamwork’ that we discuss in the Lencioni Coach-the-Coach Masterclass – Level 1, Lencioni has released some other very powerful models and methodologies that coaches and consultants can use in team guidance and team coaching programs.

Lencioni – Deep Dive / Level 2

In this half-day workshop (morning) we dive deeper into 2 known and newer Lencioni models at the level of the team member.

1/ The ideal team player

This ‘team player’ is above all humble, hungry/motivated and smart in terms of emotional intelligence. Combinations of only 2 of these properties give specific results.

You complete the ‘Ideal team player assessment’ in advance. We will explain this further during the workshop and teach you how to use this in team workshops.

2/ The 6 Types of Working Genius

The 6 intrinsic working genius

Too many people in this world work against their will because they do not know their personal and inner capabilities. As a result, they do not do the work that gives them energy and pleasure and they end up in jobs and projects that tire and demotivate them, which reflects on 2 aspects:

  1. It causes people to lose their self-confidence and pleasure in life, which is not only personally, but also socially and even socially harmful.
  1. Organisations and teams that do not tap into the personal intrinsic capabilities of their team members will never use and develop the full potential of their employees. Doubts remain, goals and effectiveness are not achieved, the involvement and job satisfaction of those employees is low.

The solution is that everyone, employees, managers, students, … discover their intrinsic working abilities and therefore also the abilities that they do not naturally possess (which will always cost energy), in order to link up with their correct ‘Working genius’!

In this half-day workshop (afternoon) we dive deeper into 2 known and newer Lencioni models at team level.

2/ Death by Meeting

10 tips voor een perfecte pitch

Meetings are part of our job, but they often don’t seem to yield much. In fact, they are considered to be downright energy guzzlers. That’s because we meet in the wrong way. In this model with accompanying online tool, we teach you as a coach to guide organisations and teams in their meeting culture. Specifically, we work on how to turn difficult meetings into effective and productive meetings based on the 4 types of meetings.

Workshop

We explain the model and the 4 types of meetings and teach you how to apply this in team guidance and team coaching. We demonstrate the online ‘Meeting Advantage Tool’ that you can use in your own team or organisation or that you can advise teams that you supervise, by means of a free account for 3 months.

  • Afternoon from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm -Lencioni Deep Dive – Level 3

Price

A Deep Dive workshop (Level 2 or Level 3) costs 240 €, excluding VAT.

Do you follow them both in 1 day? Then you enjoy a 10% discount and pay 432 € instead of 480 €.

These trainings are eligible for the KMO Portefeuille, which means that you can receive a subsidy of 30%.

The workshops are given in our Trixolutions Virtual Classroom and are dynamic, fun and above all interactive.

For whom?

For all external or internal coaches, counselors, managers and advisers who want to guide people and teams towards more effective and healthier cooperation through the successful Lencioni insights and methodologies.

You do not need to have followed Level 1 for the Level 2 and 3 workshops.

These open sessions take place in our Trixolutions Virtual Classroom and are always safe, yet dynamic and highly interactive. So no classic webinars. In which we alternate theory with practice and exercises. Always starting from the expectations of the participants.

Tom Van Dorst
